DEC 15th 2019
Join us in keeping Toronto's homeless and at-risk youth fed this winter.
Dec 15th 2019 - 11am to 2pm
The Jam Factory (2 Matilda St.)
On December 15th, Toronto will gather for the annual Feed Toronto initiative. Participants will meet at The Jam Factory for a day of giving, fun, and teamwork to do something that meaningfully impacts others in need this winter.
Join Jay from Wall St. Fitness and Alexandria from NÜLOVE on December 15th for a special event with a beautiful intention.
We will be gathering together to prepare 500 MEALS to distribute around the downtown core to our local homeless and fellow humans in need.
All of our food is donated by Pumpernickel's Catering and is plant based, high quality, and balanced in nutrition. All of our packaging / utensils are biodegradable to ensure a minimal environmental impact.
We will also be collecting specific winter items on the day of the event: hats, gloves, socks, blankets + sleeping bags; to be distributed!
We have partnered with City Street Outreach. They will be helping us distribute the goods.
Simultaneously, through our Family Fund, we are sponsoring THREE Families from high-risk neighbourhoods who are in serious need.
We are collecting additional donations for our sponsor families as well at checkout. If you cannot make it to the event but still would like to donate, we ask you to donate at the ticket link to support these families in need.
Each participant contributes $25.00.
This covers costs of supplies AND goes as your donation to our Family Fund.
